How to go about it
• Take a shower or bath every day and after any intense exercise;

• Brush your teeth after meals;

• Wash your face in the morning and at night;

• Remove your makeup every night;

• Use deodorant every morning and every time you wash;

• Wear clean clothes;

• If the smells don’t go away, they may be a sign of infection or of some other health problem; do not hesitate to consult a health professional (doctor, nurse, gynaecologist, dentist);
