What is sexual assault?
Sexual assault is an act of a sexual nature committed against a person against their will and consent, or in a situation in which consent is not legally possible. Sexual assault may involve violence, force, threats, abuse of power, or manipulation.
An equal-opportunity crime. Both guys and girls may be victims of sexual assault. Although most people found guilty of sexual assault are men, some women may also commit sexual assault.
