Seclusion, a cure for sorrow?
"When you feel sad, what do you do to feel better?"

That is the question asked to visitors of throughout the month of May.

Nearly 2,200 people participated in the survey.

Surprisingly, the majority of respondents (47%) admit to seclude themselves
24% talk to a friend or family;
11% go out with friends;
11% practice a sport or an art and
7% call Tel-jeunes.

Secluding oneself for a moment can help to bring order to one’s ideas. However, it can also feel good to talk about it. Remember that Tel-jeunes is there at any time if you feel the need to talk to someone.
