Hello Plywood30!
We thank you for trusting Tel-jeunes to help you in this situation. Cyber-bullying is something that has to be taken seriously. If someone thinks he or she is victim of cyber-bullying, they should first tell an adult they trust (family, teacher, etc.) Has your sister told any adult about this situation Plywood30? People can also forward harassing messages to their Internet service provider and inform them about the situation. If we know who's doing it we may also try to block their access from email or chat, or any other devices the harasser can have access to. We might also consider informing the police of this situation. Do you understand Plywood30?
