Tel-jeunes’ answer

Hello adrian. Let’s look at this situation together.

You want to know if there’s anything you can do about the hatred and rage you feel inside. I understand this situation must be difficult to deal with. Tell me, what have you tried to feel better? What do you think could help you? It’s important to find a way to express those feelings before you actually explode. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, you just need to find your own way. Do you need to draw or write about what you’re going through? Is there a sport that could help you to get it all out?

You know adrian, our emotions usually get started in our mind. When you have hatred thoughts, can you replace them with more positive thoughts? How can you change your mind? Remember that the more you think about it, the more importance these thoughts will have for you. That will only make them come back more often. What do you think?

Unfortunately, I cannot go further in my answer, because Internet has some limits. I would really like for you to call us. We could look at this situation together and we could refer you to ressources that are available for you. Sometimes, talking about all the emotions that are so overwhelming inside can help. Don’t you think?

We’re waiting for your call. Take care!
